7 Lens is the data controller. Contact: support@7-lens.com. We process personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection law.
2. What We Collect
We collect: email, name, phone, shipping address for order fulfillment; prescription images and lens parameters for manufacturing; order history and reviews. We do NOT sell your data. We do NOT share prescription images with the factory — only anonymized lens parameters.
3. Legal Basis
Processing is based on: contractual necessity (fulfilling your order), legal obligation (tax records), and consent (marketing emails, which you may opt out of at any time).
4. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data (right to erasure), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights. Prescription images are automatically deleted 30 days after OCR processing.
5. Data Retention
Order records are retained for legal and warranty purposes (minimum 2 years per EU consumer law). Prescription images are stored securely in a private encrypted bucket, accessible only to authorized staff for verification purposes, and automatically deleted 30 days after your order is completed. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
