We want you to be completely satisfied with your glasses. If the prescription doesn't feel right, you have 7 days from delivery to request a free remake. Wear them, test them in real life — we trust you.

One free remake per order within 7 days of delivery
You keep the original glasses — no need to return them
Production time for the remake is the same as a new order (5-7 business days)

Please provide a new prescription from your optometrist for the remake. The 7-day trial is a remake guarantee, not a refund policy. If your prescription hasn't changed, your original glasses should be correct.
